On September 18th, 2020 Eyes Open International hosted a live presentation on Human Trafficking featuring a panel of experts discussing human trafficking, including US Ambassador-At-Large John Cotton Richmond, Former Indian Defense Secretary P.M. Nair, Dr. Carrie Ford of Cambridge University, and Dr. Kalyani Gopal of the SAFE Coalition for Human Rights.
The panel was moderated by Harold D’Souza, the current president of Eyes Open International and Bharat FM Chief-Editor Mayank Chhaya. The panel touched on important issues regarding international law, trafficking trends, and vulnerable populations. In addition, each member of the EOI Executive Team spoke alongside the panelists.
